Cost-effectiveness analyses

Significant changes in the financing and delivery of health-care services, in the U.S. as well as abroad, have heightened the demand for information on the cost-effectiveness of new products. PAI has been a pioneer in the design and conduct of cost-effectiveness analyses for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries since the early 1980s. Our track record of publications in this area is extensive, including studies of the cost-effectiveness of COREG® (carvedilol), OXYCONTIN® (oxycodone sustained-release), PREVNAR® (pneumococcal conjugate vaccine), MEVACOR® (lovastatin), NICORETTE® (nicotine polacrilex), TICLID® (ticlopidine), VARIVAX® (varicella vaccine), LOVENOX® (enoxaparin), and PULMOZYME® (rhDNase), to name only a few.
